| Lather Dreams Membership |
| Article 1 | The person who joins Lather Dreams (hereafter “the site”) shall be deemed to agree that the person is responsible for the utilization of the site. The site shall not be responsible for any disadvantages arising from the utilization of the site. |
| Article 2 | Member is prohibited to assign or have a third party use the member’s ID and/ or password. Neither communal utilization by a plurality of persons nor the utilization of a corporation is allowed. The person who has paid regular fees is only allowed to use ID and password. If such illegality is found, ID and password shall be deprived and the member, as well as all the persons who have used the ID, shall be liable for the damages. |
| Article 3 | Member may not refuse the obligation of payment of member fees with any reason. Member shall promptly pay the charge claimed through finance company after member fees are charged. If the member refuses the payment, the person shall be forced withdrawal together with deprivation of ID and password. The person eternally loses the qualification to again join the site. |
| Article 4 | Registration of wrong or false phone number, credit card information or personal name isn’t allowed on joining the site. Credit card by the name of the joining person must be used. The person who has used the credit card of a third party without permission will be punished. Mail address to be registered must be exclusive to the joining person and capable of receiving mails sent through a personal computer. Phone number of the home or cell phone of the joining person is only available. |
| Article 5 | Member may claim the cancellation of double settlement. If double settlement for months is found, member may only claim the cancellation of it for the latest month. Member shall be responsible for the double settlement for other months, and the site shall not be responsible for the cancellation of the double settlement or payback. |
| Article 6 | This site has continuous charge system such that member fees are automatically charged by the term the member has contracted unless the member withdraws the site. Be sure to conduct withdrawal procedure before expiration if member intends it. The site shall not be responsible for the cancellation of the charge or payback with any reason. Member shall be responsible for grasping the time of the next charge. |
| Article 7 | Member, in person, must enter the registered information for withdrawal procedure. Zero Corporation may act for the member only if member is unable to access the site due to failure in personal computer or change in provider. Member who intends vicarious execution will contact "TICKET CLUB" Customer Center together with the information on ID, password and registered phone number. |
| Article 8 | After the completion of withdrawal procedure, ID and password of the person will be invalid even before expiration date. |
| Article 9 | If member fails to continue the membership with any of the
following reasons, the person will automatically be withdrawn from the site and
ID and password of the person will be invalid: a) Expiration of credit card; b) Shortage in bank balance; c) Unavailability of registered mail address; or d) Unavailability of credit card. |
| Article 10 | Utilization of images or movies (hereafter referred to as "the contents") in the site, regardless of personal or commercial, is prohibited. The site reserves the copyright of all the contents. Downloader that downloads the contents is prohibited, since it is great burden to the line. Acts occupying the line with any method are either prohibited. The person that breaches the rules shall be responsible for the damage and forced to withdraw the site together with deprivation of ID and password. |
| Article 11 | The site shall not be liable for failure in display of the site or browsing any of the contents due to insufficient data transfer rate or failure in personal computer. The supports of the site only cover the guidance for joining the site, continuation of membership and withdrawal from the site, and simple alteration of setting on personal computer. The site shall not be responsible for the technical support to solve the failure in display or browsing due to failure on member’s personal computer. Member will contact the manufacturer of personal computer, if a problem doesn’t solve even after the site has given instruction. |
| Article 12 | Constitution of the site, member fees and membership may be changed without notice. The changes shall be reflected to the members that have joined before the changes. It shall be deemed that the members agree to the changes. |
